Aaron & Alex’s Dreamy Outdoor Wedding at Emerald Event Center
I love a fun outdoor wedding that celebrates a couple’s love for each other and the beauty of nature around us. Aaron and Alex wanted a super relaxed atmosphere and had a smaller guest count and the Platinum Pavilion, one of three of the Emerald Event Centers in Joplin, MO was an absolutely perfect open-air setting for their love story to unfold.
Aaron and Alex met while working together at the Boys and Girls Club of Southwest Missouri and share a passion for helping children and everything outdoors. These two are the kind of couple you just love to third wheel with. They are just so relatable and fun, not to mention so kind and easy to work with!
My favorite detail about this wedding was Alex’s spring-meets-summer color palette; but also, THAT DRESS! Her bridesmaid dress colors, the florals, and her dress all perfectly captured the essence of spring florals and lush green grass.
Alex chose to upgrade their photo package by adding 35 mm film which is so special because the images they received via film scans are all 100% unedited, timeless, and show their love in its truest and most authentic form.
